1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ServiceHub platform ("Platform"), including our website at 360servicehub.com and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
ServiceHub is a hyper-local service marketplace that connects customers ("Customers") with local service providers ("Businesses") for appointment booking, scheduling, and payment processing. ServiceHub acts as an intermediary platform and is not itself a service provider.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
4. Bookings & Payments
When you book a service through the Platform, you enter into a direct agreement with the Business providing that service. ServiceHub facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the service agreement between you and the Business.
Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are set by individual Businesses and displayed at the time of booking. ServiceHub is not responsible for cancellation fees charged by Businesses. Please review the Business's cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
6. Business Obligations
Businesses listed on the Platform are responsible for the accuracy of their service descriptions, pricing, availability, and the quality of services delivered. Businesses must maintain valid licenses and certifications as required by applicable law.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform belong to ServiceHub or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
ServiceHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
